Saying goodbye to summer has never felt so amazing!! This summer was filled with lots of highs and lows and sweat and tears. We welcome fall and we will enjoy a break in the weather. We have a few announcements and some changes taking place and here's a quick overview.
First of all, and most importantly we want to recognize how awesome our clients have been during all of our staffing issues. Everyone has been very understanding of scheduling changes and errors that may have occurred during our staff shortage. We appreciate the patience and understanding everyone has shown us during a hectic time. We are extremely grateful to our current client roster and we will continue to improve and enhance your cleaning experience.
We have been transitioning some of the clients from pocketsuit to our website for booking and billing; we are hoping to have everyone switch to the new billing system by the end of the year. We will continue to use pocketsuit until we get everyones switched and all pricing evaluated.
We do have multiple accounts that have missed our price increases in the past. These accounts will have a significant increase with the updated pricing. We have decided to focus our schedule on weekly and biweekly cleaning sessions. Switching to this format has been necessary and successful for scheduling purposes.
We will be reaching out to everyone with pricing and schedule updates and will answer any questions needed. Our goal is to keep cleaning sessions logistically favored, rotated weekly or bi weekly, and a formatted price and time frame for a more simplistic flow.. We have been implementing and evaluating this format and have been happy with results so far. We will continue to streamline and tweak the overall process.
