First and foremost we would like to thank you for being patient with us as we overcome some new changes. We are trying to switch everything from our PocketSuite app to our website for easier access, and easier way to stay in connection with each one of you. Also, as most of you know we are super short staffed, and down to one team which just consist of Michelle cleaning. We are trying to add some new faces, and new members as quickly as possible. We are trying to reach all of your needs, and satisfactions without cancelling any sessions. However, if we do cancel a session we will refund you, and reschedule as soon as possible. We appreciate everyones patience as we make these changes.
