Recurring Cleaning Sessions Weekly and Biweekly Cleaning Maintaining Clean and Healthy Spaces for Cincinnati & Northern KY All locations will begin with a first time/ deep clean to prepare locations for recurring services. We will offer a standard or full service clean on a weekly or biweekly rotation. We prefer monthly payments at the 1st of each month and clients that purchase the subscription plans will receive loyalty points and discounts on that monthly fee. We want to maintain the overall home, so we have implemented strategies and scheduling to provide opportunity for clients to have a systematic approach for their cleaning sessions. • Begin each new location with a deep first time clean prior scheduling recurring services. • Decide on standard/ full service sessions • Weekly/biweekly session, multi session weekly Standard Cleaning Session Standard Cleaning services include light cleaning with a once over the entire space. Standard tasks include: • High and low dust location • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens • Dust & polish furniture and display items • All flat surfaces clean and disinfectant • Clean all accessible glass and mirrors • Spot check door/frame, and baseboards • stairs/ rails • trash/ removal/ disinfect • Fluff/ place pillows properly • Floors/sweep/mop • Entry/Exit • Minimal booking session for all locations. Full Service/Deep Clean Full Service will be a more detailed cleaning session and will be scheduled with more time to provide a proper cleaning session. Tasks that are included: • Standard cleaning session • Dishes completed and put away • Bed made/ sheets changed • Laundry, specific clients • Door frames • Baseboards • Window/seals • Routine stove cleanings • Routines refrigerator clean outs • Specific client requests

Saying goodbye to summer has never felt so amazing!! This summer was filled with lots of highs and lows and sweat and tears. We welcome fall and we will enjoy a break in the weather. We have a few announcements and some changes taking place and here's a quick overview. First of all, and most importantly we want to recognize how awesome our clients have been during all of our staffing issues. Everyone has been very understanding of scheduling changes and errors that may have occurred during our staff shortage. We appreciate the patience and understanding everyone has shown us during a hectic time. We are extremely grateful to our current client roster and we will continue to improve and enhance your cleaning experience. We have been transitioning some of the clients from pocketsuit to our website for booking and billing; we are hoping to have everyone switch to the new billing system by the end of the year. We will continue to use pocketsuit until we get everyones switched and all pricing evaluated. We do have multiple accounts that have missed our price increases in the past. These accounts will have a significant increase with the updated pricing. We have decided to focus our schedule on weekly and biweekly cleaning sessions. Switching to this format has been necessary and successful for scheduling purposes. We will be reaching out to everyone with pricing and schedule updates and will answer any questions needed. Our goal is to keep cleaning sessions logistically favored, rotated weekly or bi weekly, and a formatted price and time frame for a more simplistic flow.. We have been implementing and evaluating this format and have been happy with results so far. We will continue to streamline and tweak the overall process.
